NUIT NOIRE completes re-recording of tracks from the unreleased 'album' "Inner Light" (previous instalments were splits with Call me Loretta and Circle of Ouroborus).
Opening the Portal and Faerie Punk (originally Faerie Metal) are the first and last tracks from Inner Light.
Both tracks were recorded Feb-July 2007 during the "fantomatic plenitude" sessions.

HEBV are a gloomy, noisy group inspired by early eighties gothic/post-punk. Their only other release so far has been a 7"ep Fog b/w Das.
"Call" is their darkest song. A sombre fusion of late 70s post-punk with horror-rock style organ & effects!

This EP is a co-operative release pressed in Italy by HEBV. Black vinyl, labels, glossy sleeve and xerox insert.

Description

The third album from Norwegian avantgarde rock maestros VIRUS. The Agent That Shapes The Desert is its title and its lyrical themes reflect the red desert sands on the cover as well as the shifts of the various lifeforms and elements of a planet headed for extinction. Observing the forces of nature, in contrast to their previous outing The Black Flux, which pictured the end of the world on a more psychological level. Whereas The Black Flux was a dense maelstrom that threatened to pull you under, The Agent... is dry, sharp and refined.

This collection contains 34 tracks including the original Crass album, early rehearsal tapes, Crass' first studio recording somewhere in Soho and their first Southern Studios demo complete with fold-out poster of the original cover and an illustrated booklet containing lyrics and contextual notes.

The Crassical Collection is finally here, and the first release is the newly remastered The Feeding of the Five Thousand. After many years of being out of print, this legendary album has been restored from the original analogue studio tapes, repackaged and bolstered by rare and unreleased tracks, and stunning new artwork from Gee Vaucher, who has lovingly created what could only be considered a real artefact. Included in this package is a 64-page booklet featuring all lyrics along with extensive liner notes from band members Penny Rimbaud and Steve Ignorant, which shed light on the making of the record. Also included is CD-sized recreation of the iconic original fold-out poster sleeve.

Description

Hugely recommended compilation from British anarcho-punk band Anti-System! Their ideas were influenced by Crass and Conflict, their intense sound influenced by Discharge and Antisect.
The recordings have been transferred from vinyl, the demo from tape.
Included is an excellent 44 page pro-printed booklet (A5) featuring zine interviews, newspaper cuttings, photos and lyrics! Perfect presentation to accompany the CD.

No Laughing Matter, LP 1984
- Anti-System's sole full-length release recorded during October of 1984 and released on the band's own label, Reconciliation.

A Look at Life, 12" 1986
- The last Anti-System release and a transitioning sound. Influenced by Onslaught, Sacrilege and English Dogs, A Look at Life has a strong thrash influence but unlike other punk bands that attempted this crossover, Anti-System pull it off perfectly! Including the thorny 'Leather, Bristles, Studs and Ignorance'!

Defence of the Realm, EP 1983
- This EP is probably the highlight of Anti-System's discography. Every song is a savage attack influenced by Discharge and Antisect. This equals both of those bands at their best, one of the best UK punk recordings of all time!

This is the sound of stargazing, a blackened landscape of warm shimmer, that almost imperceptibly shifts and contorts, each new shape even more abstract and more black than the shape before, tracing a minimal path that simultaneously drifts beneath the sea, through subterranean caverns, amidst the vacuum of space and through the impossibility of alternate universes, the pieces and parts and sounds and arrangements are not in and of themselves mysterious, there are soft rumbles, and warm chordal swells, glistening abstract melodies, drifting gauzy shimmer, but the way they are put together, the way the sounds fall into one another, subtly mix, or rest atop one another, these are the things that turn sound into emotion, these are the aspects that are impossible to explain but precisely what make this journey special. Eyes closed, laying in tall grass, atop a lonely hill, a night as clear as glass, the air warm and humid, watching a million years of starlight shift and shimmer.
