"Raise your Sword!" is a 3-song EP that follows last year's "Creed of Iron" full-length album. This release pretty much follows the same musical path, what I can probably describe as a more "disciplined" music than in their earlier work such as "In the Glare of Burning Churches". "Raise your Sword!" has Graveland's signature sound which I can only describe as an almost contradictive majestic and anthemic, yet somewhat discreet sound. As a result this is yet another Graveland release with an atmosphere that gives some war-like depressive feeling, and the background chants add to this dark atmosphere.
