Description

This CD Box Set (part one of two) contains the original Killing Joke bootleg vinyl albums which were released in the early to mid Eighties. They come from a time when you could casually stroll down London's Portobello Road or Camden Market at the weekend; full of anticipation of what new bootleg albums might be available that week. Remember this was a time long before the power of the internet so you had no idea what was going to be available. Great new live albums would suddenly appear, only to disappear just as quickly. During this time there were seven Killing Joke bootleg albums released. The three albums here have been carefully reproduced & digitally re-mastered on CD and are now fully endorsed by the band for the first time ever, they now sound better then they ever have sounded before. In addition, as part of this box set release a special bonus disc is included. These recordings have NEVER been officially released before.
